- Abstracts should be sent by e-mail in Turkish and English. (email@example.com) It should be stated in the e-mails sent that the planned presentation is an verbal or poster presentation.
- Abstracts could be included original research, case report or review. Original research presentations should be structured as “Aim, Material and Methods, Results and Conclusion”. Case presentations should be structured as “Introduction and Purpose, Case Description and Conclusion”.
- The evaluation will be carried out by the Evaluation Committee by keeping the first/last name and institutions of the researchers confidential over the internet. In order for your proceeding to be included in the congress proceeding book, your congress registration must be made after the evaluation process of your proceeding is completed. For registeration, you should send the receipt with your name, surname and contact information to the congress e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org) after paying the congress registration fee into the relevant account. The Scientific Board has the right to change and make decisions about the proceedings as oral or poster presentation. The result of the evaluation will be sent to all holders of the abstracts as a final letter and we strongly advise that the holders of the abstracts should pay attention to the final decision on how their presentations will be made.
